A violent altercation escalated into a serious incident early Tuesday morning along Richmond Highway.
Police say a woman was in a parking lot with a female acquaintance and two men when a verbal dispute turned physical. The suspects then entered a vehicle and allegedly struck the victim while fleeing the scene.
The victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite an extensive search, officers were unable to locate the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
